this week i’m looking forward to
- going to the farmers market in the city with my dad on saturday morning
- sunday morning: body pump class (estimate burns 530 calories in one hour!! AH)
- mom is signing me up for boxing :)
- april is ending
i have not made a text post about my health lifestyle in a while but not much to really say. by the end of may i’d really like to be under 150 and i’m trying hard as possible to do it :) this whole week i will be doing HIIT training and treating myself with tanning and maybe some shopping
i also have my cheerleading banquet wednesday which may not be healthy but i’m gonna try and eat well that day so i can at least eat some of the food there.
then next week is my friends sweet 16 which i got my dress for and i HAVE to look good and maintain myself for that. then just work my ass off the rest of may. hopefully get into the boxing.. or find some other good workouts that i can switch my circuit with. i am basically around 153 right now.. by may 31st i would LOVE to be 149 or 148 which is kind of a stretch.. I WILL TRY<3
